EP 100: Rewrite Your Reality: Unleash the Power Within
As the host of the F*ck Saving Face podcast, Judy Tsuei reflects on the journey over the last four seasons as she celebrates her 100th episode.
Judy discusses how her life has evolved over the years, her passion for coaching women entrepreneurs of color, and the recent rejection of her memoir book pitch.
In today’s personal essay + mindfulness episode, Judy covers these topics:
Celebrating 100 Episodes: A Journey of Growth, Hope, and Transformation
The Evolution of the Podcast
A couple of years ago, I embarked on this podcasting journey, initially publishing three episodes a week. However, as a divorced mom and business owner, I soon realized that this pace was not sustainable. I decided to slow down and transition to a weekly pace, a decision that has allowed me to balance my personal life, my daughter's activities, and my business.
Embracing Change and Growth
Over the years, my life has changed significantly. I've launched a year-long program to evolve my business and have found a passion for coaching women entrepreneurs of color. As a strategic and creative listener with a wealth of worldwide experience, I've been able to bring immense value to my clients.
Overcoming Rejection and Pursuing Passion
Recently, I experienced a significant rejection when a publishing house turned down my memoir. This rejection felt bigger than others because writing and sharing my story is my true passion. However, I'm not letting this setback deter me. Instead, I'm moving into season five of my podcast, pursuing what I am truly passionate about and standing for.
The Power of Hope and Responsibility
As a marketing expert, I've helped others grow their businesses, but I'm now starting to focus on the importance of hope. Even a small glimmer of hope can keep us going and make us believe that tomorrow could be better than today. To help others cultivate hope, I've created a free seven-day challenge called "Rewrite Your Reality." In this challenge, I share simple tools and techniques that can be done daily to create the desired results in life.
I believe in taking responsibility for our lives and being at cause rather than being victims of circumstances. By working on key areas such as career, personal growth, spirituality, relationships, and physical health, we can experience positive changes in all aspects of our lives.
The Importance of Patience and Perseverance
In my journey toward success, I've learned the importance of patience and perseverance. There are no shortcuts or quick fixes. I've made mistakes in my financial journey due to seeking fast results, but I've learned the wisdom of being patient, asking the right questions, and being willing to step into uncomfortable situations.
I've also learned the courage it takes to be a pioneer and venture into the unknown. As Jeff Olson highlights in his book "The Slight Edge," the path to success can be inconvenient and may take longer than expected. However, when the time arrives, one may be astonished at how quickly it seems.
Shifting Perspective and Cultivating a New Reality
In every moment, we are bombarded with millions of bits of information, but our conscious mind can only grasp a fraction of it. By letting go of these limited bits with every exhale and shifting our gaze, focus, and lens, we can pick up a different set of 126 bits and start to create a new reality.
I encourage you to let go of judgment and pressure in this moment and embrace a sense of ease. Remember, we are worthy and deserving of love, energy, and attention.

Judy Tsuei (00:01:07) - Com forward slash shop. Now on to the episode. It is my 100th episode of this podcast. I am beyond thrilled and super grateful for you being here, sharing your listening time, sharing your mental headspace and just sharing with me on this journey as I continue to evolve and grow this show. We are now in season four, if you can believe it. I started this a couple of years ago and in the very beginning I was publishing three episodes a week because Hello, overachiever. So I'd been wanting to do a podcast for a really long time and I would pick a theme every week. On Mondays, I would do a personal essay. On Wednesdays, I would do an interview with an expert that would elaborate on that theme. And on Fridays I would offer a mindfulness practice within the first season. Even within the first. Few months, I would say we hit 10,000 downloads and it just continued to grow from there. Then I realized that pace was not quite manageable for someone who's also a divorced mom and a business owner running my strategic branding and marketing agency and someone who's also super passionate about growing myself as a person and wanting to offer more coaching services for women entrepreneurs of color.
Judy Tsuei (00:02:23) - And so I, you know, stepped back a little bit, just started to slow it a little bit down. And I started going at a weekly pace, which was also great. But then, you know, my daughter is growing older. She has multiple activities every week. I've started an entire year long program to really evolve my business into the next chapter where I get to focus more on coaching, where I get to do the thing that people have asked me for a long time to do. I work with a lot of C level executives, with directors, with Vpcs. And what I've noticed and what I always tell people is that I think that these individuals enjoy having me around. They enjoy the energy that I bring, the expertise that I bring, the strategic and the creative sides, and just the fact that I'm just a phenomenal listener and that I can hear the subtext beneath the text that's being shared with me and that I can pull from my wealth of worldwide experience. Having lived in 6 or 7 countries, in 20 something cities, in 40 different places that I've actually used as an address.
Judy Tsuei (00:03:34) - And all of this has made me into who I am today. Which is why celebrating this 100th episode is so phenomenal. It's been through ups and downs and all arounds, which I think is what our entire journey as human beings is about. That we are here to learn a mastery of self. We are here to learn about the mastery of life and about, you know, our journey with however we define spirituality and being connected to a greater whole. So whether you do believe in any sense of spirituality or not, we are all connected as a community. We are connected to nature. There's that sense of interconnectedness. I've been surfing more and enjoying it so much more and smiling so much more. And the amount of times that I see dolphins in the water now is so rewarding to be able to be out in that space in this phenomenal home that's down the street from my daughter's school that's within walking distance to the beach that is near my favorite surf spots. And even yesterday I was able to walk my daughter to soccer practice, then have another mom and husband and a family keep an eye on her.
Judy Tsuei (00:04:49) - While we were doing the cybersecurity training at her school, learning from an expert witch mind boggling and then knowing that she was well taken care of and that I could come back, pick her up with my friend and her daughter, come back and make dinner for everyone. And, you know, my friend just said, I just love your home, your little home here. It's like so great. And it is it's so ideal for where we are in our lives now. And where I am now looks very different than it did a year ago. Two years ago, three years ago, four over four years ago, when I got back in the country. So I had started this podcast because I wanted to work on my memoir. I published a book with Simon and Schuster, and while it was about a topic that I was passionate about because I used to be a yoga teacher, I fully respect and honored Tibet. And having lived in China, understanding all these marginalized populations all around the world that have their rights taken away, that are disenfranchised.
Judy Tsuei (00:05:54) - And so my book is called The Little Book of Tibetan Rights and Rituals. And when I wrote it, I really endeavored to honor Tibet as a place and a space in time and now and to advocate for a whole people and a whole culture that is threatened in so many ways. And while that wasn't my memoir, it was something that was very important to me. And I had learned lessons in the process of writing that book. So now I recently started pitching my memoir, and there was an open call for this publishing house that actually published a book I very much liked, and if they were interested, they would have asked you for your entire book proposal. Well, they were not interested. And the feeling that I got when I got that rejection was bigger than other reactions that I've gotten or other responses and rejections pitching yourself out for different clients if they decide to sign up or not. Because this is my work. This is what I feel like I was put on this planet to do ever since I was a little kid.
Judy Tsuei (00:07:05) - And so I am now, as we are in our hundredth episode, moving into eventually season five is this pursuit of what I'm truly passionate about and what I want to stand for. And it's funny because as a marketing expert, I help other people grow their businesses tremendously. I have, you know, all these strategies and techniques and tactics and and very aligned, very authentic ways of building relationships with customers and storytelling and all of that. But I never do that for myself. I make sure that my clients are thriving. I own a business. And so now I'm starting to do this for myself and I am wowed when someone reaches out to me and signs up because they want to do coaching with me. And I'm like, Oh, if I put that out there, what I want, what I want to do, then someone has the opportunity to say, yes, okay, that makes sense. Or, you know, being more prominent on LinkedIn now, being more visible in different platforms that really work for me.
Judy Tsuei (00:08:08) - I'm seeing traction. I'm starting to get introductions. I'm starting to get people noticing me, inviting me to different opportunities or even just asking me for my advice to help them along, which is I believe in connections, I believe in mindset and mental health. And all of these things are so important to me and it's just it's making me smile on the inside that, Oh my gosh, this stuff works. And I've seen it work for all of my clients. But doing it for myself, especially as a woman of color, has taken different hurdles to overcome. I've had to overcome intergenerational trauma. The stories that I was told when I was little that I should fall in line and not make sounds, not step out, not make noises or be seen. And just so many things. Being a woman in the West and being of quote unquote, a model minority, what you're supposed to do, what you want to do, how do you stand out? How do you have to code switch to navigate, to feel safe in the world? All of these things, as I'm learning to go out there and tell my story and to be of greater service by doing the things that I'm passionate about, that I know that I'm really, really great at.
Judy Tsuei (00:09:19) - So all of this has been a huge learning and it will continue to happen. It will continue to unfold. And I wish that for you on this episode and every other episode that I've created from the beginning into the future that you are able to hear that you're not alone. That you're able to glean some sort of insight or share or, you know, moment that may help you on your journey, because there are so many resources that I needed to seek out for me to become the person who I am now. And I hope that this helps you either shortcut your endeavor or be part of the journey on your endeavor to getting to wherever you want to ultimately get to. I think it's also helpful to have the reminder that the rainbow is the gold. It's not getting to the gold at the end of the rainbow that this entire arc is everything. So with that, I hope that you enjoy this episode and that you will continue to stay in touch and to follow along on this ever unfolding story and that you go out and you make your story beautiful to.
Judy Tsuei (00:10:39) - This episode is all about hope, and it's about how to find and maintain hopefulness when things might seem hopeless. The reason that this is even coming up is because I get a lot of comments from different people in my life, and I've been reflecting upon my own journey and how just that one little bit of hope, just that one little belief that tomorrow could be better, that the best is yet to come, that you have no idea what will unfold a week from now, a month from now, a year from now in your favor can keep you going through the toughest of times. That's the entire reason why I created a free seven day challenge called Rewrite Your Reality. And in it, I'm going to share with you the little things that you can do every single day to create that kind of result that you want to see in your life. And now these are going to be simple tools and techniques, things that I've learned as I've become a master practitioner and a mental emotional release technique as I've been moving through more of this coaching certification.
Judy Tsuei (00:11:47) - And the reason that I'm bringing it up is because these tips and tools, these resources that you're going to get mailed directly to your inbox are things that are easy to do, but they are just as easy not to do. And that's the fine line and the distinction between creating a life that you love and then allowing life to happen to you. So everything that I'm learning in neuro linguistic programming is about being at cause. And you might have heard this in a lot of different ways in different books that you may have read, different influencers who you may follow, or spiritual studies, but really taking full responsibility for your life. And the reason that that is, is it gives you a sense of empowerment. It moves you away from being on the effect side of the equation. So that could also be translated as quote unquote, victim or letting life happen to you as opposed to creating the life that you truly want to have. And that's a life by your own definitions and standards. That's something that you want that no one else can prescribe for you because no one else is you.
Judy Tsuei (00:12:54) - No one else will ever be you. Only you will ever be you. So if you want to join in on this challenge, the live version of it launches on Monday, September 4th, which may be when you're listening to this right now, if you're listening to it later, it's totally fine. You can go to wild hearted words. Com forward slash rewrite r e wri t and check it out and see if it aligns with you. If it aligns with you, great. Sign up. I would love to have you as part of this live challenge. I'm going to be popping into my Facebook group, which is an opportunity for me to dive more into the content that I'll be sharing. And that's something that I realized that I'm becoming so much better about in all of the content that I'm creating for my own business is being much more streamlined. But I have so much knowledge and wisdom and I love teaching, so I want to be able to continue to offer that value forward. And if you want, you can join the Facebook group and hear all about those insights there in live streams that will host, you know, every day during the seven day challenge.
Judy Tsuei (00:13:53) - The whole reason of this is because I firmly believe in mental emotional health. It's in the fabric of my being. It's what I've devoted so much time, energy, money, resources to, to cultivate for myself. And I can absolutely see how this can make such a pivotal difference in someone else's life. And that when you're feeling hopeless, it's so easy to forget all of these things. But I will share with you something that I've read in The Slight Edge, which has been a very transformative book because it's challenging these ideas that we have in our culture and in our society about quantum leaps. You may have heard that in a lot of marketing. I probably have used that in my own marketing of creating these quantum leaps forward. This is not to say that you cannot make these monumental leaps, but that's not taking into account all of the daily actions, all of the daily steps that you're taking in each and every moment, making the hard choices, making the sacrifices, making the the pivots that you need to make in any area of your life.
Judy Tsuei (00:15:00) - And for us in the coaching that we are diving more deeply into, these are usually in key areas and that's career. So that's finding your purpose. It's in personal growth and development, it's in spirituality, it's in relationship. So your intimate partnerships, it's in family. So those relationships with the people you identify as blood or as the people who play those pivotal roles in your life and then in physical health. And so when you work on one of these key areas, it actually has a ripple effect in every other area because everything in nature is interconnected, everything. Within you is also interconnected. So your unconscious mind is connected to your conscious mind, which is also connected to your higher self and your higher mind. These key categories of life are all interconnected, and when you work on one of those areas, you get to experience this magnitude of results in other areas too. I'm going to share what Jeff Olson says in his book, The Slight Edge, about how we don't celebrate any of those real small steps.
Judy Tsuei (00:16:04) - We don't even know what they are or who made them. So the myth of our culture is this giant step, the larger than life leap, the heroic effort. Have you ever suddenly understood something in a, quote unquote, flash of recognition? Have you ever known of someone who became an, quote unquote, overnight success? Here is a great secret that holds the key to great accomplishment, both that quote unquote, sudden flash and that, quote unquote, overnight success where the final breakthrough results of a long patient process of edge upon edge upon edge. Any time you see what looks like a breakthrough, it is always the end result of a long series of little things done consistently over time. No success is immediate or instantaneous. No collapse is sudden or precipitous. They are both products of the slight edge. In other words, it doesn't just suddenly happen. An actual quantum leap is something that finally happens after a lengthy accumulation of slight edge effort, no matter in what arena, in life or work or play.
Judy Tsuei (00:17:17) - The difference between winning and losing the gap that separates success and failure is so slight, so subtle that most never see it. Here on earth, we win through the slight edge. He ends the chapter saying, Once you absorb the slight edge way of being, you'll stop looking for that quantum leap and start building it. You'll stop looking for the miracle and start being the miracle. There's something else that I learned in my NLP training that I think is really interesting, and it's about being, doing and having and how this is a natural cycle in nature, that there's the seed, which is the being, the growing from the seed into a tree, which is the doing and then the having, which is the end of the cycle and it continues to repeat in that way. So in this light edge, he also says that the truth of breakthroughs and lucky breaks is that yes, they do happen, but they don't happen out of thin air. They are grown like a crop planted, cultivated and ultimately harvested.
Judy Tsuei (00:18:19) - So planted is being cultivated, is doing having is the ultimately harvested part. The problem is that in our culture we're trained to think we can skip over the middle step and leap directly from plant to harvest. That's where the term quantum leap comes from, and it's a complete and utter myth. Instead, if we could be more patient, if we could be in the doing phase, the cultivation phase, and to give ourselves that space and grace is my former neighbor would always say, that's something that I'm learning how to work through in the wisdom of growing the next chapter of my company. So right now I have a strategic branding and marketing agency that's doing really well. I'm growing my team of writers. I also am beginning to coach women of color entrepreneurs more and more, and that's wonderful. But what I want to eventually evolve into is more of the writing of books and memoirs and then coaching full time. And so as I look towards that, I look at the certification program that I'm currently in. That's a year.
Judy Tsuei (00:19:24) - And for some reason, intuitively, I feel like this is a good pace for me, whereas prior to this I would always want the immediate result. I would want to get in, get that knowledge, get out there, get doing, and perhaps it's me entering a different phase of my life. Perhaps this is the natural cycle within me, but I'm starting to see how valuable being patient, cultivating, harvesting, that whole sense of planting that I did in my 20s and my 30s, and now I'm in a different era. And so this also when I was reading this book, I actually put it down, looked up and was like, Oh my goodness, that's so much of marketing that we see around us and so much of social media is this instant gratification. It's so easy to get caught up and lured in by that instead of the harder facts, which, hey, you've got to do the work, you've got to be patient. You never know what the result is going to be. Even when you don't see the outside results, you keep showing up.
Judy Tsuei (00:20:24) - Those are not fun, sexy ideas. And to think that there's a shortcut, which I have wanted to take multiple times, and I will even share that in my financial journey. Financial education. I made plenty of mistakes because I wanted those fast results to. Make up for the mistakes. So I was continuing to make more mistakes and now I can see being more patient, being slower, asking the right questions. All of that is wisdom. So because cultivating patience has been a learning lesson of mine, that perhaps it's also a learning lesson for you too. And I want to say that in the beginning, the success path can be uncomfortable and even scary, especially if you're the only one around who's on it. So there are different people who I've seen use those terms on LinkedIn and other social channels that I follow with influencers who are women of color say you might be the first and only in the room. And that's why a lot of people don't put themselves in those uncomfortable situations. That's what would make you stand out.
Judy Tsuei (00:21:23) - And so in this book, The Slight Edge, he also says sometimes the path of success is inconvenient and therefore not just easy not to do, but actually easier not to do. Pioneers don't know what's out there, but out there they go anyway. That's why being a pioneer takes such courage. Courage means to have a purpose and to have heart. And here's the part that really got to me that I actually ended up writing a LinkedIn post on. If you haven't started following me on LinkedIn, find me by my name. I'm posting every single day on there and getting incredible feedback as I build my platform. And you can search by Judy t. S u e I and I'll read to you what I wrote there just today. But in my experience, in 3 to 5 years, you can put virtually anything in your life solidly onto the right track. And that's what I wrote about. So here's what Jeff Olson says in his book. Yet this brief little period of time can change your life. How long will it take? Chances are it will take longer than you want it to and that when the time arrives, you'll be astonished at how quick it seemed.
Judy Tsuei (00:22:30) - So I'm going to repeat that because this line I shared it in different comments on different social channels that I'm on, and everyone was like, Wow, that line is very, very accurate. Chances are it will take longer than you want it to and that when the time arrives, you'll be astonished at how quick it seemed. So he encourages you to think what you were doing three years ago. It seems like yesterday, doesn't it? Well, three years from now, the things you're doing right now will seem like only yesterday. Two. So the posts that I wrote on LinkedIn and tying it back to this idea of hope, hopefulness, hopelessness is five years ago I was sitting on the 26th floor balcony of an empty, luxury high rise apartment in Taiwan, and I'd almost given up hope. I was sitting on this balcony and literally had the thought what would happen if I had jumped. So thankfully I didn't. And at the time I was in such a difficult mind space because there were a lot of hard decisions that I knew I had to make.
Judy Tsuei (00:23:32) - And it had been a long time coming. I'm talking years of knowing that I had to make these decisions. And yet the programming and the conditioning of society and culture of you should stay together for your child or this is not what a healthy family is. We're really playing hard into my mind. And because I had made a promise to myself when I was a little kid, that seeing my parents arguing all of the time, that I wanted something different, and that when I became old enough to have my own family, I had promised myself that I would never do that to my child. I just didn't know that when I made that promise to myself that it was going to look differently than what I anticipated in my childhood awareness of it, I thought I would have the happily ever after the, you know, parent dynamic where there's a husband and a wife and the child or the children. I didn't know that in order for me to keep that promise to myself that I would have to reframe my idea of family and do the hard things to make sure that my child was and is the priority and that as an adult I made adult choices.
Judy Tsuei (00:24:43) - So in the harvesting phase, unfortunately, I was harvesting crops that I didn't want to have planted. And I could only know that through hindsight. So here I was in this state, in this mind place, and I wrote that losing hope can be the breakdown of everything. But having even one iota of it can be the catalyst to everything Great. So past me realized I needed to get divorced, had a young daughter to consider, lived on the other side of the world, yet needed to get back to the US. No clear work prospects, which meant no dependable revenue present me and this is me now in an incredibly healthy relationship with an amazing partner. Daughter is thriving at her new school live by the beach near my favorite San Diego Surf breaks. So much work with existing and new clients that I'm currently hiring new writers to grow my team. Here's the timeline from the second I step foot back in the US one year to file for divorce. Two years to rebuild my mental, emotional and physical health.
Judy Tsuei (00:25:41) - Three years to create sustainable and repeatable multiple six figure success in my business and publish a book with Simon and Schuster for years to start living the life of my dreams. Five years to being accepted as one of the 50 Tory Burch Foundation fellows this year, hosting Season four of my Saving Face podcast and getting deeper clarity on how to grow my business to coach women entrepreneurs of color and daughters of immigrants. So remember what I had just read In 3 to 5 years, you can put virtually anything in your life solidly onto the right track. So here's where I hope that you will keep the hope and that this sharing helped provide a little bit of hope. And all you need is a little and the results can be a lot. So today's mindfulness practice will be guiding you through the sense of moving from hopelessness to hopefulness and reminding ourselves that when we don't see the outcomes in whatever form of external validation that we're looking for, it could be the likes, it could be the comments, it could be the subscribes, it could be people telling you that you're doing a good job.
Judy Tsuei (00:26:44) - It could be the salary raise, it could be generating more revenue, whatever it is. If you're not seeing it right now, it does not mean that you are not taking the daily, consistent action to get you there to that final breakthrough, that quantum leap. Instead, it's about cultivating that patience and learning how to be gentle with yourself on this journey of your own personal growth and wisdom. You can do this. You are doing this and you are absolutely worth it. So if you're ready to begin this mindfulness practice, you can do this while you're being fully present in whatever activity you're doing. So if you're walking, if you're driving, you know, be really cautious. If you're at home, I encourage you to create a space just to take some time for yourself. But you can listen to this while you are doing other activities. As long as you can bring all of your awareness into the present moment and as long as you can, please, please be safe and conscious and conscientious about your actions.
Judy Tsuei (00:27:46) - So. When you're ready. Allowing yourself. To find a bit of space and that spaciousness in your head, space in your heart, space in your physical body, and even maybe the environment around you. Can you begin to connect to your breath? And we're removing judgment here. So a lot of times that hopelessness can come with a sense of judgment that you're not where you're supposed to be. And how are you ever going to get there? So we're removing judgment and simply observing your breath now. Your full inhalation balanced by your exhalation, noticing where you feel it most in your body, where you feel the energy most in your mind right now, and where you feel the energy most in your spirit, your higher self, your soul. So I invite you if it feels comfortable for you, that every breath that you take in during this mindfulness practice today is an opportunity for a new beginning, a refresh, a restart. A rewrite and everything that you exhale out is an opportunity to let go. To lighten.
Judy Tsuei (00:29:32) - To surrender. To release. To know that in this moment, the only thing that you need to do and focus on is to be here as much as possible, to be as present as possible. So continuing to breathe in. And breathe out. Following the flow and the cycle of your own breath breathing in. And breathing out. And reminding yourself that this moment right here, right now, this phase of your life that you are in, that everything is perpetually changing, even if you can't see it on the surface, that the more that you show up and take those consistent actions, the more that you continue to believe in yourself, to trust in yourself, to be that miracle and that change, the more that you are cultivating that the end result is coming, that it may not be on your timeline, your preferred timeline, but that it is happening. That because life is always changing, because energy goes where your attention flows, because you are doing your best. That you are hope embodied.
Judy Tsuei (00:31:06) - Everything passes, everything changes our lens of whether it's good or bad shifts as our perspective shifts. Remembering that right now, in every single moment, you are taking in over 2 million bits of information which your conscious mind can only grasp. 126 So whatever 126 your mind has grasp that becomes your quote unquote reality. So by letting go of that 126 bits with every exhale and maybe shifting your gaze, shifting your focus, shifting your lens or your perspective, you can pick up a different 126 and start to cultivate a different reality and in that also inspiring, nurturing, more hopefulness. Letting this moment be a moment free of judgment. Free of pressure. Let it be one a little bit more of ease. And knowing that you are made up of so many layers, you have your mental emotional body, your energetic body, your spiritual body. That you have made it through every single one of the hardest moments of your life. And you are here. You are someone who is worthy and deserving of love and energy and attention.
Judy Tsuei (00:32:51) - And that when you need it the most. You can plant your feet onto the ground, imagining that the soles of your feet are rooting down into the core of the earth and sending all of those stresses down into mother Earth. That is so vast and so big and can handle your stresses, your worries, your burdens, your fears. And then when you release that, you can draw that nourishing maternal mother earth energy up through the soles of your feet and let it travel all the way up through your heart and through the crown of your head. And knowing that at any time you can tap into this energy. The future is brimming with possibilities. It is bright and it is hopeful because you are here now and you are an essential thread in the fabric of the universe. From the beginning of time ever after, there has never ever been another you. And you can be wildly you. So if it feels comfortable for you taking your hands and placing them on your heart center and just giving yourself a bit of acknowledgement of how hard you have worked.
Judy Tsuei (00:34:16) - Of the sacrifices that you have made, of the hard choices. And you are continuing to do your best to show up as a human being, remembering that you do not need to be a human. Doing your beingness is worthy and just. Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out. And if your eyes are closed, you can float them back open, coming back into the space, back into this moment. So I hope that this was a helpful practice for you. Come back to it in any time. Share it with anybody in your life who you think could use a message of uplifting energy.
